Powder bin fluidization device

       Powder Bin Fluidization Device must be designed to ensure that the flow area of the fluidization device is larger than the cross-sectional area of the air source pipeline to guarantee a normal working process. During natural feeding of the bin pump, due to the wide overlapping area and small overlapping gaps, the powder material does not easily enter the fluidization disc. Instead, it forms a natural angle of repose on the surface of the fluidization disc.

       During transportation, compressed air is ejected at high speed through multiple layers of gaps, forming multi-layered annular airflows that uniformly fluidize the powder material at the bottom of the pump. The fluidized powder material exhibits a boiling-like state and smoothly enters the conveying pipeline under the pressure difference. Compared to traditional canvas fluidization discs, this product has a longer service life, approximately 5-6 times higher, making it particularly suitable for conveying highly abrasive powder materials.

      For the SLH-type top-discharge fluidization device, it is a fluidization equipment designed for top discharge in coal injection tanks, offering both integrated and split-bed options for flexible application in various scenarios. Additionally, the XLH-type bottom-discharge fluidization device is specifically designed for bottom-discharge coal injection systems and is suitable for the lower part of pulverized coal bins. It is available in a wide range of production specifications, with coal inlet and outlet ports customizable to various sizes such as DN1000-DN400 and DN600-DN1500.

     In the blast furnace pulverized coal injection process in the metallurgical industry, a specialized fluidized injection device is employed. This device is made from 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate with a thickness of approximately 3mm. Its circular surface features elongated slits arranged in a cross-shaped pattern. These slits are perpendicular to the central crossline, with a gap of 0.5mm, a length of about 20mm, and a spacing of 10mm. The edges below the slits are chamfered at 1×45°, allowing compressed air to flow more concentratedly toward the center of the fluidized injection device. This enhances the suspension and fluidization effect of the pulverized coal, making it easier to flow and ensuring stable coal injection. This design significantly improves the performance of the fluidized injection device and increases work efficiency.
